Fischbein Adds Support Specialist to Customer Service Team

Customer Service Specialist, Western Hemisphere

Fischbein recently announced the appointment of Brandon Hall to the position of Customer Support Specialist. Brandon will play a critical role in Fischbein’s efforts to further develop and strengthen customer relationships in our Western Hemisphere markets by proactively engaging customers and distribution channels to understand and fulfill equipment, aftermarket parts, and service needs. Additionally, he will provide aftermarket sales support to the sales management team.

Brandon comes to Fischbein with over 10 years of diverse experience in customer service, sales and marketing. Most recently, he served as a Field Service Communications Coordinator for Hanesbrands, Inc. In this role, Brandon was responsible for facilitating communication between Hanesbrands and their 150+ Field Service Associates, managing the Hanesbrands iPad rollout, and developing their SharePoint Team site. Prior to this, he held sales and marketing roles at New Concepts in Marketing, and Pepsi Bottling Group.

Brandon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
