Semi-Automatic Operation

Mini System FS

This mini-system is used to close all types of bags (paper, polypropylene, or polyethylene) by plain sewing. The operator reforms the bag top and puts the bag into the sewing machine model FB. The sewing process starts when the feeler switch is activated. At the end, the pneumatic chain pusher pushes the chain into the knives to cut it. To have a smooth operation of the mini system a conveyor is required. The conveyor can be controlled by a footswitch.

Mini System FU

This mini-system is used to close paper, laminated polypropylene, or polyethylene (min. 120 µ) bags by tape sewing. The operator reforms the bag top and guides the bag manually into the sewing machine FB. The sewing process starts when the feeler switch is activated. At the end the pneumatic linear cutting knife cuts the chain and the crepe tape. To have a smooth operation of the mini system a conveyor is required. The conveyor can be controlled by a footswitch.

System MS

This sewing system, fixed to the floor is used to close paper, polypropylene, or polyethylene (thickness +/-120 µ) bags. The already reshaped bag is introduced into the sewing head (with shear type knife) by hand or automatically. The sewing process starts when the feeler switch is activated. At the end the pneumatic chain pusher pushes the chain into the knives to cut it. To have a smooth operation of the system, a conveyor is required. The conveyor can be controlled with a footswitch.

System MR

This sewing system, fixed to the floor is used to close paper, polypropylene, or polyethylene (thickness +/-120 µ) bags. The already reshaped bag is introduced into the sewing head (with rotary knife) by hand or automatically. The sewing process starts when the photo sensor detects the bag. At the end the rotary knife cuts the chain. To have a smooth operation of the system a conveyor is required. The conveyor can be controlled with a footswitch.

System MU

This sewing system, fixed to the floor is used to close paper, laminated polypropylene, or polyethylene (thickness +/-120 µ) bags. The already reshaped bag is introduced manually or automatically into the sewing head. The sewing process starts when the first photo sensor detects the bag. At the end, the chain/tape is cut by the pneumatic clipper knife of the sewing head. To have a smooth operation of the system, a conveyor is required. The conveyor can be controlled with a footswitch.
